The Committeeman and Committeewoman are responsible for building a strong party organization within the Township, they represent the views of Township members to the Central Committee, attend the Central Committee meeting on the 3rd Thrusday of each month, and attend Executive Board meetings, and the Township Monthly meeting.
President ~ Mike Besmer
The President of the Club is responsible for appointing members to committees. They also co-sign, with the Treasurer, all checks or electronic fund transfers issued by the club. The President presides at all general and Excutive Board meetings.
Treasurer ~ Linda Bergman
The Treasurer is responsible for handling and keeping a record of all receipts and expenditures for the Club. The Treasurer maintains the financial records of the club and files any statutory financial reports with the proper authorities.
Secretary ~ Susan Eckles
The Secretary is responsible for maintaining the correspondence of the club and shall notify the members of all meetings. The Secretary keeps the records of the Club, including the minutes of its meetings (both Executive Board and general meetings). Minutes shall be made available to all members prior to the next monthly meeting. They are responsible for attesting to the signatures of the President for all official documents as necessary.

Members-at-Large are responsible for attending Executive Board and Township meetings, available for special committee or event planning as necessary.
